This is our daily production log. It is not time tracking and there is no hours target. The measure of the project is the milestones we mapped at the start, and where we are against them.
It shows us how the work breaks down across the stages of production, where time actually goes, what is ready for the team to review, and where bottlenecks form on our side. That is what lets us keep refining the pipeline together.
One submission at the end of each working day. Most days this takes 2–3 minutes.
